1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and phrases used in this Agreement carry the meanings set out below:

• "kx8bd" or "Platform" — The entire digital presence of the online betting and casino service operated by kx8bd, including the website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on or accessed the kx8bd platform.
• "Account" — A user's personal registered profile through which the platform's services are accessed.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds held in an account (cash and bonus are tracked separately).
• "Bonus" — Additional credits granted by kx8bd for promotional purposes, usable subject to specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum amount of betting required to make a bonus withdrawable.
• "Payment Method" — The four mobile financial services accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Where the singular is used in this Agreement it includes the plural and vice versa. Gender-neutral language applies throughout.

2 Eligibility and Age Restrictions

To use the kx8bd platform, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Age Requirement

21+ Only — Registration on kx8bd is permitted only for those aged 21 or above. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. kx8bd may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend or close the account if proof cannot be provided.

Single Account Rule

Only one account is allowed per person, household, IP address, or device. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

Accurate Registration

All information provided when creating an account must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information is considered a serious violation and may be grounds for immediate account closure.

3 Account Registration

Registration Process

Registering on the kx8bd platform requires a valid mobile number or email address and a strong password. The information you provide at registration will be used for identity verification and payment processing in the future.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. All activity that occurs on your account — whether authorized or not — is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone, and if you notice any suspicious activity, contact the support team immediately.

Identity Verification

kx8bd may request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before withdrawals. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identity document. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on kx8bd is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits outside these four mobile financial services are not accepted. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

Relevant information for Rocket users: Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Accepted withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.

Withdrawal Prerequisites

• Identity verification must be completed.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing funds obtained from a bonus.
• It is best to withdraw using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, kx8bd reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals.

Transaction Liability

kx8bd is not responsible for any fees or restrictions imposed by payment method providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). If a user sends funds to the wrong number, kx8bd cannot guarantee a refund.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

kx8bd offers new users a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 in betting must be placed before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus balance will be spent before cash balance.
• Each promotion has a specific expiry period and the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• The bonus applies to deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• If bonus abuse is detected from the same household or IP address, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Terms for special promotions or event bonuses will be stated separately on the promotions page.

VIP Program

kx8bd's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Users advance to higher tiers through regular play. Weekly cashback differs at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, up to 0.8% at Platinum, and up to 1.0% at Diamond.

6 Game Rules

General Game Terms

All games available on kx8bd — casino, slots, sports betting, and others — have their own specific rules available in the game interface. It is the user's responsibility to read the rules of any game before playing.

Technical Issues

If a bet is voided or a result is affected due to loss of internet connection, a technical fault, or a game server issue, kx8bd will make a decision in accordance with its established policy. Server logs will be treated as the final evidence.

Betting Limits

Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game lobby. kx8bd reserves the right to change the betting limits for any user.

Sports Betting

All odds displayed in sports betting markets are subject to change. If odds change after a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply. In the case of an obvious pricing error, kx8bd reserves the right to void or correct the bet.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the balance forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage (bonus arb).
• Participating in match fixing or any other fraudulent activity.
• Using automated betting software or bots.
• Coordinated fraud with other users (collusion).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Attempting unauthorized access or hacking into kx8bd's systems.
• Providing fraudulent identity documents or paperwork.

8 Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

kx8bd provides its service on an "as is" basis. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. kx8bd is not liable for such interruptions.

Financial Loss Limit

The user bears full responsibility for any financial loss resulting from placing bets. kx8bd only operates the platform and has no control over game outcomes (which are determined by a Random Number Generator or third-party game providers).

Third-Party Liability

kx8bd supplies content from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft. kx8bd is not directly liable for technical issues or outcomes in these providers' games, but will assist in resolving user complaints.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

kx8bd treats the protection of users' personal data as its highest priority. The platform uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to keep all data transmissions secure.

Closure by User

Suspended or closed by kx8bd

kx8bd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of the terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or fraud.
• Providing false identity or documents.
• Failure to verify age.
• Extended period of inactivity (as per policy).
• Self-exclusion or responsible gaming request.

If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, any bonus balance in the account will be forfeited. Cash balance will generally be returned after the investigation is completed.
